General practice is under growing pressure, and sustainable services need new ways of working. This half-day event explores practical, real-world approaches to improving productivity, patient access, and workload across primary care.

Sessions will cover working at scale, modern telephony and patient access, GP front-door systems, and practice finance. There will also be opportunities for discussion and questions throughout the day.
